My favorite event is not an actual event.  It is the after event lunches or dinners.  The social gatherings are the best.  I love the camaraderie.

Most Memorable Trooping Moment:

I have several memories and to be honest, there isnt one that really stands out.

First Contact with the 501st Legion:
The first time I met a member of the 501st in person was at the Garrison Holiday party.  I was immediately welcomed into the fold.

Reason for Joining the 501st Legion:
Long time fan of Star Wars and always wanted to have an awesome costume for Halloween.  After learning about the 501st and what it does for charity and the many events, i knew I wanted to be part of it.

Favorite Star Wars________:

My favorite Star Wars movie is Return of the Jedi.  I am a huge fan of Boba Fett and even though it looked like his demise, I know in the books, that he lived on.  I am also a big fan of the Biker Scout and Boushh, and admittedly Leia’s slave outfit.

Can’t say I have a “Favorite” event. I love the events with kids, especially the Libraries.

Most Memorable Trooping Moment:

When a little girl of about 5-6 years old walked up to me while I was in my Vader costume. She reached out with a chocolate lolly pop and say ” This is for you”. I have had many many such experiences.

Star Wars ESB. I love the way Vader is for the first time torn between good and evil. He starts to show a human side.

Favorite Event:

Libraries in general.   For whatever reason,they’re just the most fun.   The kids are usually excited to see us, the parents try to pretend like they are just there for the kids and its generally just a good time.

Most Memorable Trooping Moment:

My first troop.  Baltimore Comic Con 2011.   I had no idea what was going on or what was really going to be expected of me.    Plus my boots were so tight that I couldn’t feel my toes by the end of it.

First Contact with the 501st Legion:
I really don’t know.   I’d known of them for years before I joined.    Ran into a few here and there at various places.

Reason for Joining the 501st Legion:
I just wanted to be part of a Star Wars group and I thought it would be fun.

Favorite Star Wars________:

The X-Wing books/comics.    With my love of Wedge it’s no real surprise but they also do so much with all these secondary and lower characters that made them seem like they mattered in the universe.   Just loved it.

Favorite Star Wars Character:

Wedge over all but Admiral Piett is a pretty close second
