This past Friday and Saturday (9-18/19-2015) Old Line Garrison was invited by the United States Air Force at Andrew Air Base to participate in their Air Show. At first people did not know what to make of us at the event and then it was on. We got stopped by school groups that were there, military members, police officers, fighter pilots, ground crew, Red Cross and tons of more people. We were given access to cockpits, and hangar areas. To say it was a great time and an honor is an understatement. It was such great fun that I hope we get invited back to the next air show. Old Line Garrison is always willing to help out the Travis Manion Foundation whose mission is to assist our nation’s veterans and the families of fallen heroes. We have worked with them at Awesome Con 2014 and 2015. And this is the second year as well that they have invited us back to their Heroes run.

Toys 4 Tots @ Marley Station Mall because it was my first “official” troop in a just finish TK not knowing what was involved with trooping! It was 6 hours of on your feet fun and like many things your never forget your “first”!

Reason for Joining the 501st Legion:
After attending the 6/13/2014 Bowie Bay Soxs “Star Wars” Night baseball game as a spectator and getting some info on the Old Line Garrison and the 501st I made up my mind to research and try to be a Legionnaire!
